Making great memories to remember...


Here's the Process to Placing Personalized Orders with Us:

  • You may contact us via our website, telephone, email, text message, Facebook (or any other social media outlet), and face-to-face. After we've discussed your ideas, color schemes and themes - as well as the due date/ deadline date and the price for your order, you will receive a contract invoice via email for a deposit for your order (**At least half of the balance is due prior to processing your order, and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion/ delivery).

  • You will then be presented with photos of fabric colors/ combinations, fonts, and if applicable an embroidery design for your theme... After you give approval, we will begin processing your order.

  • Within 3 days after your order has been started (and this could be sooner)- depending on the due date/ deadline date, you will receive a update/ progress report on your order. The progress report will show photos of your order and give you details regarding the remaining pieces to be completed.

  • Finally, upon completion of your order, you will receive photos of the completed order, and your order will be shipped! You will receive notification of when your order has been picked up for shipping, along with a tracking number to monitor its status while it is en route!



To place an order online, via our website:

  • Place your order online, from start to finish.
  • You will receive a confirmation email, acknowledging that your order has been received.
  • You will also receive an invoice/ receipt by email with the details regarding your order (expected shipping date, expected delivery date, etc...)
  • You will receive progress reports and photos by either text message, email, or Facebook Messenger to give you an update on the status of your order.
  • Once your order is complete and ready to be shipped, we will notify you, as well as provide you with the tracking # and other shipment information.
